If you do not currently have an account with us, the first step is to register. Either way, you will need to click the Login/Register link in the header or footer of our website.
If you already have an account with us, fill in your details and you will be taken to your account page. If not, click on the register button.
Fill in your details and click Register. You will now have an account with Dougan Property and can take advantage of all their features.
Use any of the search forms throughout our website to search for a specific area and click search.
The results will now be displayed. You can save this search and set up an email alert for any changes by clicking the Create Email Alert button.
Give your search a name, specify how often you want to receive e-mails about new properties which fall into your search criteria.
You will be brought back to the listings page where you can continue browsing from where you left off. The button has now changed to a notification letting you know that this search has been saved to your account.
From the My Account tab, you can navigate to the different sections of your account. Clicking on Email Alerts will take you to all your saved searches.
From here, you can view all the saved searches on your account, change the email frequency of the emails you receive and delete specific searches.
You can add any property to your shortlist by clicking the Add to shortlist button on each property page.
From the My Account tab, you can navigate to the different sections of your account. Clicking on Shortlist will take you to all your Shortlisted Properties.
A property may have been sold or let, or you may have found something more to your liking. In any case, you can remove a property from your shortlist by clicking on the remove from shortlist button below each of your listings.
